ABOUT ME
Wheeling Circles started years ago in my mind, and became reallity only recently. I use it as a depository of my stories and thoughts, favourite verses and texts and anything that I find grabs me in one way or another. I put things here just as my personal journal more than as a forum to gain attention or to solicit the comment of others. However, everything that I write and place here can be for anyone who is interested enough to have a read and if they should make a comment, then that will be welcomed. Just understand that I don’t post anything so that I can be a hip guy or to entertain or impress anyone with my wit or super insightful writings.
I believe that some stories may be helpful to others who find themselves in the same situation. The pages on glaucoma and tinnitus for example, although there are many forums for those problems elsewhere on the net. For me, I found most of the available stuff not even close to my personal experiences so I found very little help. I put my stories here on Wheeling Circles for all to read and, if you want, ask questions or offer your own experience for comparison and mutual support. Of course, I am a patient and not a doctor although I have spent considerable time reading and searching out as much information as I can about the conditions.
As far as the religious comments and ramblings… well, they are just my thoughts and nothing more than that. If you agree with me then that is fine, and if you don’t that is still fine with me… I really don’t care but diversity of opinion is what makes the world an interesting place. I am often flipant, write tongue-in-cheek and am frequently thought to be irreverent. So be it. I have listened to so many other people’s views for so long, and even had their doctrine rammed down my throat. Not interested any more in that kind of thing, and really have opened my mind to the intelligent questioning that I am seeing happening all around the world.
The Wheeling Circles are all around. We are living within them and all of life and everything in it is a circle. Look back and you see this throughout history. Then look at what is happening now and it gets very interesting. If you dare, you can even get some clue as to where it is all going, but lets not get all mystical and sharman like just yet.
With postings on here, and me finally starting to see more clearly after over 50 years of stomping around on the planet, perhaps something will really crystalise and come out in future posts and pages. Take what you like from here, add any comment you feel is worthwhile, and I will be happy that you took the time.
